Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
? Design, deployment, and management of the network infrastructures that support global production service
? Prepare the analysis of the short-term or long-term capacity needs for switching, routing transmission and signaling.
? Conduct network architecture design, feasibility and cost studies.
? Develop alternative routing scenarios and changes in required sequence of network activities.
? Act as an escalation point for advanced or difficult help requests, working in and actively managing your call queues
? Record, track and document the service desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution.

Job Requirements:

. 3+ years experience

. Strong IP network design knowledge
. Internetworking skills
. Expert network troubleshooting and problem resolution skills

. Strong Knowledge and working experience of Firewall

. Knowledge for SSL/TLS certificate
? MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
? Effective Leadership skills
? Strong oral and written communication skills
? Effective presentation development and delivery skills
? Effective Business writing abilities
? Strong documentation and follow-up skills
