职位描述
Purpose of the position
As Overland Control Tower to handle daily project operation, perform coordination between customers, internal PA depts and project assigned vendors.
Work by following BU guidelines and Company’s policies and procedures.
Key Tasks
Serves as contact window between customer, PA counterparts and sub-contractor in handling daily operation, ensure customer satisfaction.
Handles daily customer job order and performs work coordination with appointed vendors Tracking and tracing daily job order, follows trace queues and prepares daily trace report, update customer job order status.
Follow project SOP implementation and check tasks compliance.
Handles and respond to customer inquiries.
Handles complaints and support customer resolve problem by perform investigation on root cause case analysis and submit CAP (Corrective action plan) to customers.
Make sure billing correctness and financial KPI success. Inquiry and quotation handling to internal customers, help direct superior to look into the costs and routine pricing job.
Prepare all required traffic and financial reporting for related parties in time.
Prepare monthly KPI report on each project and vendor.
Assist sub-contractor manager to hold regular supplier review meeting Assist sub-contractor management team to perform vendor internal audit and related document filing works comply with ISO and Corporate audit requirements. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager/District Manager when necessary

Decide and enforce operational corrective measures to ensure operation excellence.

Educational background
Work experience Higher education level Experience with transportation operation or in logistics industry
Language skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin Additional languages would be a plus
Computer Literacy Knowledge
with Microsoft word excel PowerPoint and outlook
