工作职责：

负责解决工厂设施相关的日常事务；负责工程、装配、安装、维护以及设备维修；保证工厂设备的正常运作；指导培训技工。

Responsible for resolving daily complex facilities issues. Responsible for engineering, fabrication, installation, maintenance, reparation of facility equipments. Ensure smooth operations of facility equipments. May direct and coach technicians.

安装维护电子电气设备和部件；通过例行检查解决电气故障；指导培训电工。

Installs and maintains electrical and electronic equipment and components. Troubleshoots electrical problems per regularly check. May direct and coach electricians.

1.对关键系统和设施设备进行日常维护修理和预防性维护；

Lead a team to perform daily monitoring repair and preventative maintenance activities on critical systems and facility equipment

2.排除故障及解决复杂的设备操作问题，对初级技工给予指导；

Troubleshoots and solve complex operational issues, provide guidance to junior technicians.

3.建立并更新维护所有关键系统和设备的服务/修理记录，如水、电、压缩空气系统以及消防系统；

Establish and maintain up to date service / repairing records for all critical systems and facility equipment, such as water system, electricity system, compressed air system and fire protection system.

4.响应紧急情况、电气故障修理和排除；

Responds to emergency situations, troubleshoots and repairs electrical problems

5.建立和维护备品备件的渠道；

Establish and maintain third party suppliers for parts, spare parts supply.

6.就供电、供水、消防等事宜负责与政府相关机构接洽

Deal with government agents related, such as power supply, water supply, fire authority

任职资格:

1、中技或以上学历

2、年龄范围25岁以上

3、2年以上生产型企业的设备设施维护管理经验

4、机加工专业知识、电工专业知识（强电、弱电）专业

5、有高压电工、低压电工相关专业证书(高压操作证、低压操作证)

6、普通话口头和书面表达流利

7、需要有注塑或挤出维修经验

8、身体健康
