（1）商标业务的日常咨询和代理工作；

（2）了解客户需求，解答客户商标申请有关问题，起草书面文件，提出专业代理方案、独立代理商标案件业务；

（3）独立处理所承办的各项知识产权保护工作，监督、管理案件进程和质量。

岗位要求：

（1）法律或相关专业本科以上学历；

（2）具备独立的工作能力和良好的团队协作精神；

（3）理解力和语言表达能力较强，具备良好的工作责任心，能承受工作压力；

（4）熟练使用各种办公软件，具备一定的文字拟写能力；

（5）具备一定的知识产权法律特别是商标法律基础知识；

（6）具有驰著名商标认定或者商标侵权打假代理工作经验者优先考虑。
