Customer care and communication:

1. Organize proper and effective distribution of purchasing orders, to team of logistic specialists;

2. Input and clarify customer orders in to internal purchase system;

3. Provide timely, accurate and appropriate feedback to both sales and customers for orders in progress;

4. Put in place and communicate guidelines, procedures and forms to ensure smooth and efficient service;

5. Invoice customers timely;

6. Prepare credit notes.

Warehouse operation:

1. Ensure efficient procedures at third-party warehouses: Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Shenzhen, HK and Australia.

2. Optimization processes and responsibilities, with third-party contracts and procedures for internal;

3. Controls for receiving, delivery, stock count, customer returns, goods disposal, damaged goods troubleshooting, repackaging, truck and container loading;

4. Organise proper documentation and filing for process control and traceability;

5. Ensure the job is done on time and accurately; negotiate and organize with staff and warehouses the possibility to deal with rush orders outside of regular working hours;

6. Organise regular stock counts;

7. Organise stock transfers;

8. Ensure safety of operation and workers;

Import and Export:

1. Organize proper communication with overseas suppliers and push them for timely shipments;

2. Organise proper documentation and filing for process control and traceability;

3. Ensure accuracy of documentation early on in the process and quickly resolve issues;

4. Provide all supporting documentation necessary for shipments with L/C； optimize process in advance

5. Book freight when necessary;

6. Maintain and communicate accurate information on ongoing shipments;

7. Ensure the job is done on time and accurately;

Stock planning:

1. Monthly optimizing stock planning with Supply Chain director;

2. Provide purchasing forecasts and standing orders to suppliers to reduce their supply lead times;

3. Prepare and provide useful inventory analysis;

System Operation:

1. Ensure data in system is constantly accurate, including Product Master File, Supplier Master File and supplier workflow, Customer Master file and Workflow and Stock data;

2. Increase use of system in internal and external processes, reduce manual operations and papers;

3. Ensure credit notes are properly reflected in the system;

4. Cooperate with IT specialist to develop mobile APP and programs to automatize work process.
