Key Responsibility:
? To establish Quality Management System according to ISO16949 and HQ requirements;
? Continuously improvement of QMS to guarantee the realization of company target and customer satisfaction

Technical Tasks:
? To be responsible to establish, maintain and work out yearly audit plan for quality system, to organize internal audit, and cooperate in external audit, and to work out and follow up the quality goal.
? Be authorized and responsible for checking and testing the specification, model, quantity and delivery time when purchase equipment, and to use after receiving the goods
? Be authorized and responsible to manage the process testing. To supervise that production is in accordance with production condition, and to use statistics to assess and monitor the production process, instruct the beginning and stop of production, and the approval of releasing of goods.
Percentage of the annual working time: 20 %


Production order-related tests
? Be responsible for the inspection of receiving goods, process monitoring, products audit and products testing.
? Be authorized and responsible for the audit of disqualified products, and the audit of the corrective measures for customers'complains.
Percentage of the annual working time: 20 %

Systematic problem solving
? Suppliers claim: supervision of suppliers and monitoring the effective processing of claims
? Suppliers escalation
? Customer claim: customer care and management of claims processing in the organization
? Internal claim
? To confirm the implementation requirements and results for corrective measures;

Percentage of the annual working time: 30 %


Manufacturing process release
? Production release for product and process changes
? The acquisition process at project completion
? Special releases
? Be responsible to work out quality report, plan for bought-in components, components from suppliers, process control, acceptance agreement, periodical test and type test; plan and operation of MSA.
? Be responsible for the archiving of records, clean-up and tidy of working environment and also the related work.

Measurement technique
? Be responsible for the control of metering management, statistics technique, monitoring of process quality and process improvement.
? Be responsible for the management of laboratory,

Percentage of the annual working time: 10 %

Operation / Leading competence
? Report to the manager of MG.
? The works should be carried out mainly self-dependant according to the general company regulations and the commitment
? Capability of Analysis , coordination and problem solving be needed, and especially high consciousness of responsibility

Managerial Functions:
? Staff of the Quality Department, training and instruction of the staff of the Quality Department

Cooperation Tasks:
? Production Department
? Logistics Department

Skill Requirements
? Bachelor degree on Mechanical engineering or Automotive engineering
? Familiar with the working processes in the production companies, especially in the automotive industry
? Strong communication skills and ability to explain and present well
? English fluent both in written and oral.
