Roles and Responsibilities

角色和职责

• 能在Creative Director & Account Director指导下具备服务2-3个项目日常文案的能力；
• 能够理解策略，在策略清晰的前提下尝试发想创意概念的能力；
• 有与设计师、美术指导共同作业的意识。

Qualification Requirements

资历要求

• 中文、广告、新闻等相关专业本科毕业。三年以上文案工作经验。
• 扎实的文字功底，文笔流畅，思维敏捷具备良好的文章原创能力、知识涵盖面广。理解用户心理，文案能紧扣用户关注点。把控文案品质。
• 能快速、全面、准确领悟产品(或客户)信息，熟知所负责品牌的文字调性，能够写出不同的文风配合不同的产品进行社会化媒体宣传。
• 认真负责，具备主动配合意识和团队合作精神。
• 简历请附带相关作品。
