Responsibilities & Main tasks 职责和主要任务
. To follow up the return process with internal department closely to track and validate return goods, monitor root cause analysis and improvement implementation timely;
跟踪产品返回全过程，协调各部门进行投诉确认，监控质量分析和改进方案在要求的时间内完成；
. To make sure information two-way communications within both internally & externally;
确保内部外部信息的双向沟通，使各事件顺利合理解决;
. To do data analysis according to claim information, so as to help related department to improve its performance;
依据投诉信息，进行数据分析，达到帮助相关部门改进其工作的目的；
. To coordinate with related department on rework plan to control and decrease the warehouse inventory volume;
协调各相关部门进行维修安排，控制并减少库存；
. To track receiving PO situation, ensure money collection could be completed timely;
跟踪应收P/O状况，确保回款的及时性；
. To report any specials or bottlenecks to department manager timely.
如有任何瓶颈，及时汇报给部门经理。

Qualification 要求：
College degree or above
大学本科或以上学历
English fluent in oral and writing
良好的英语口语书写能力
