？ Perform daily oversea collections, new business collections etc.

？ Contract Register in OPAL system and in excel sheet if needed

？ Prepare documentations for Foreign Currency verification with bank on daily basis

？ Perform monthly collection reconciliation process with distributors

？ Generate and analyze AR aging on monthly basis and communicate/follow up with sales team

？ Issue invoices for customers;

？ Perform month end closing procedures in cooperation with other team members

？ Ensures AR procedures and documentation are compliant with statutory policies and to ensure adherence to corporate policies and guidelines

？ Complete related corporate reports on monthly basis

？ Other ad hoc tasks from management

Requirement：

ü Bachelor degree in business, accounting or finance.

ü Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in a multinational company, Foreign Currency collection experience is preferred.

ü Familiar with Oracle, Salesforce would be an advantage.

ü E-banking Working Experience is preferred

ü Self-motivated, willing to learn.

ü Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be a good team player at the same time.

ü Ability to cope with work pressure, independent and conscientious, handle multi-tasks concur rently but still manage to meet tight business deadlines.

ü Good reading and writing skills in English
