1.财务专业专科或以上学历

2.熟练使用电脑，对于office办公软件等软件，熟练使用各通讯软件

3.熟练使用电算化会计软件，有大型电商会计主管经验优先

4.5年以上财务工作经验

5. 负责建立健全各项财务规章制度并组织加强公司日常的财务管理活动；

6、 审核付款单据、财务凭证及报表，做好财务分析工作；

7、 审核或参与重大合同、协议及其他重要经济文件的拟订；

8、 组织研究税收筹划工作，规避税收风险；

9、 协调税务、工商、银行、审计机构等外部关系；

10、 组织制定资金管理办法，负责公司资金的筹集、运用和日常资金平衡工作；

11、 组织落实会计档案的立卷、归档、保管、查阅和销毁等管理工作；

12.品格正直，富有团队合作精神不强调利己主义，有责任心，具有领导精神
