岗位职责

1.负责策划团队管理，培训、调动策划团队的工作积极性并监督部门各项工作实施；

2.根据业务团队的要求，为客户拟定全媒体传播策略，撰写传播方案，并配合业务部门进行提案；

3.对已合作客户进行深度服务，不断挖掘客户潜在资源；

4.整合开发公司所有代理资源的相关产品；

5.挖掘公司所代理资源的传播价值，提升公司所代理资源的广告价值；

6.了解行业趋势，洞察客户投放趋势，挖掘分析潜力行业和潜力客户，为公司领导和业务团队提供客户开拓的方向；

7.了解全媒体发展趋势，为公司领导提供媒体拓展的价值分析支持；

8.配合完成媒介服务中心提供重点项目评估；

9. 为策划、业务等团队进行相关培训，提升团队的专业水平。

工作内容

1. 撰写分析报告（媒体价值评估、媒体环境分析、竞品分析、媒介效果评估、消费者媒体接触习惯分析等报告）；

2.撰写媒介策略方案，并配合业务部门进行提案；

3.搜集公司、行业媒体数据汇总并进行分析，提供建议业务拓展方向建议；

4.搜集、分析媒体收视数据，支持公司媒体投资决策；

5.团队建设、分工管理及跨部门培训等；
