Location: INDIGO, Beijing

Major Responsibilities:

• Typing, copying, faxing, filing, searching for files and documents;

• Handle all incoming and outgoing mails and independent correspondences;

• Answer telephone calls and take telephone messages;

• Maintain diaries, arrange meetings and appointments;

• Prepare documents, minutes and correspondences for meetings;

• To be aware of and remind General Manager of deadlines, important events and meetings;

• Maintain an effective filing system for the General Manager;

• Respond to and distribute e-mails from department secretary and other departments to all team members. Liaise with the shareholders headquarters;

• Prepare monthly reports and reimbursement claims;

• Arrange all travel documents General Manager’s business trips;

• Maintain leave records and ensure that leave and other applications are in order;

• Collect information, assist in researches and analysis for regular reports; conduct special projects as required by the General Manager;

• Provide other general, secretarial and administrative assistance as and when required;

• Provides administrative assistance as necessary.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• University degree, with major in English or business administration is preferred;

• Overseas working or education background is an advantage;

• Minimum 3 years administrative work experience in multi-national company;

• Very good command of English and Chinese;

• Good organisational and communication skills; can work independently;

• PC knowledge in Windows, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
