Purpose of Job 职位概要：
A mechanical engineer works on a project from the initial brief, through the design and development stage, to the testing of one or more prototypes, right through to final manufacture and implementation, and work to produce high quality goods efficiently in the most cost effective methods and are conscious of the environment and its protection.
 
Major Responsibility and Authority 主要职责：
Develops mechanical and electromechanical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials;
Developing a project specification with colleagues, often including those from other engineering disciplines;
Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and system capabilities; confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
Producing details of specifications and outline designs;
Completing 3D models and 2D drawings per requirements.
Making sure a product can be made again reliably and will perform consistently in specified operating environments;
Working with others to ensure all product and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to finished result
Responsible for design deliverable and prototype build for assigned projects.
Solving the mechanical design issue and DFM (design for manufacture) issue following prototype test results;
Hand over the assigned projects to mass production.
Keeping accurate and detailed records of mechanical design changes.
Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers;
Considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints;
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 Qualifications, Education and Work Experience 任职资格：
3~5 years working experience of mechanical design and manufacture;
Experience in plastic part development, rheology and injection process (molding and overmolding) is plus;
Knowledge in stamping and bending process, surface plating, connectors is plus;
Experience working in a multi-lingual work experience;
Proficient in CAD and Pro-E;
Proficient in Microsoft Office and suite of Microsoft business tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin;
Outstanding learning ability and logical thinking as an analytical and creative thinkers;
Contribute as a team member working with engineers from various disciplines;
Honesty, integrity, details and strong sense of responsibility.
Bachelor degree or beyond in Mechanical related field.
CET 4, fluent English in written and oral.
