? Identify, conduct due diligence and select Channel Partners in cooperation with the Key Account Managers
? Analyze, evaluate and screen orders from Channel Partners to ensure their operations are compliant with company's guidelines and requirements
? Evaluate the operations and process of order flow between Channel Partners with their customers, identify areas of risks, design and implement processes or guidelines to ensure the efficient resolution of issues, and ultimately safeguard company’s interests
? Train, guide and ensure channel partners to follow financial and business operation compliance guidelines
? Develop training manual and ensure that KAMs have the proper general compliance competency level according to their compliance responsibility
? Manage regular Channel Partner self-auditing
? Provide regularly scheduled business reviews for assigned Channel Partners
? Establish a Channel Partner review framework for KAMs and Field Marketing
? Be familiar with and have deep understanding of internal policies and processes to advise and recommend process enhancements to ensure Field Operation’s streamlining and compliance
? Achieve sustained growth in Field Operation by supporting developing new channels and furthering relationships with existing partners, i.e. volume incentives, promotions, programs, establish key relationships, negotiate/provide data to support additional placements
? Develop actionable sales plans, in conjunction with assigned Channel Partners, to deliver budgeted volume/returns for assigned areas
? Support with, analyze and review Channel Partners local events, scientific seminars, and key customer visits
? Participate in the development and deployment of the respective business plan
? Manage and execute general information from company to Channel Partners
? Terminate Channel Partners, when not compliant in cooperation with Legal

Requirements:
? Minimum of 6-8 years’ Financial and/or Audit background with Compliance experience
? Experience in building Channel Partner relationships will be considered a big plus
? Have a documented track record of driving high financial and business compliance
? Working well within ambiguity and under tight deadlines; good follow-through and closure of issues
? Exercise and demonstrate sound judgment with the ability to interpret and translate high level guidelines and instructions to actionable steps
? Effective communication and interpersonal skills
? Teamwork spirit, self-motivated and self-dependent, with ability to work within a broader divisional team
? Fluent English is a must
? Available for up to 30% travel, if needed
