1，负责搭建在线客服系统及整体架构

2，独立完善并优化在线客服部门的业务流程与相关操作规范等制度工作；

3，独立负责在线客服部门的排班、话术、数据统计、新人培训等日常管理等工作。

岗位要求：

1、专科以上学历

2、3年以上工作经验，具备项目管理经验，有中介公司经验优先考虑；

3、对当下热点政策敏感，逻辑思维强，具清晰、准确的语言表达和文字撰写能力；

5、工作细致认真，对数据敏感，抗压能力强，可熟练使用Excel，PPT等办公软件。
