Job title:Admin and HR Assistant 行政人事助理

Job description
Admin :
1) Travel management (Hotel and flight booking);
2) Supplier management and payment application, include express, office telephone, security, cleaner, plants, printer, and so on;
3) Keep reception and office tidy including copy, printer and faxing machine;
4) Office supplier purchase, business card;
5) Update address list
6) Follow up staff activities ,annual party;
7) Management of work permit and visa for foreigner staff;
8) Be responsible for regular daily affairs of office;
HR:
1)Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
2) Actively source and identify qualified candidates through a variety of recruitment channels
3) Pre-screen resumes, coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates using appropriate interviewing techniques and methods
4)coordinate staff interview process
5)Assist the on-boarding and leaving process, handling the required paperwork, and organizing New Hire Orientation
6) Other tasks required by management Qualifications
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree , fluency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
2. More than 2 years of experience in administrative
3. Good communication skill & good service sense.
4 Willing to learn and quick learner
5.Attention to details and strong sense of responsibility。
6.-Excellent computer skills, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
