1 Understand the damper technology (traditional hydraulic and mechanical product)trained by China engineering team 2 Get the training from EU/US engineering center on Advanced technology, eg. electrical system, electronic control, and transfer the technology back to China 3 Understand the Electrical electronic and hydrulic system calibration and tuning and support domestic OEM RFQ and communication 4 Support EU/US current advanced technology development like system upgrade, new valve system and control system upgrade 5 Drive damper ass’y design, technical review and release prints; DFMEA updating 6 Acts as single technical point of contact between OE customer, EU/US technical center and other internal different competence centers. 7 Initial RFQ communication with customer to get the final RFQ and customer engineering final spec package 8 Technical problem solving lead, get the epert support from TEN internal and external technical centers 9 Prepare documents which need submitted to customer. 10 Improve the relationship with customer 11 Follow sample build, submit, test. Get technical agreement before start to do the preparation and sample building 12 Plan for test, and follow test, such as DV,PV; review report and submit to customer .Test report review before send to customer

Education/ Certification 教育背景/证书：

• Bachelor degree in mechanical/automotive engineering
• Master is a plus

Work Experience 工作经验：

• min 5 years’ experience
• in ABS/ electric injection / sesor control / ESP / auto stop and other electrical and electronic energy product /development at automotive industry is a plus

Specialized Skills/Knowledge 专业技能/知识：

Basic work Requirement 基本工作要求：

• Adequate electrical and electronic system technical & mechanical understanding.
• Stress-resistant and a strong analytical and creative approach.
• Good communication skills and able to operate independent within a Team structure.
• Ability to travel to plants, oversee company and customer locations to support RFQ and development requirements.
• Good knowledge of English. Spoken and written. Additional language skills requirement based on customer group focus.
• System integration experience between electrical and electronic system

• Familiar with automotive OEM program design and release system is a plus
• Working knowledge of testing, FMEA and CAE analysis.
• Must have the ability to generate engineering analysis programs, perform spreadsheet calculations, utilize program management, graphics and word processing software.
• Demonstrated DVP&R and/or ride control reliability experience.

Tenneco (Beijing) Ride Control Systems Co., Ltd (short for TBRC) established in 1995, is the earliest joint-venture company that Tenneco has invested in China. The joint venture partners are world-known Tenneco Automotive (TA), which owns 65% equity, and Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd. (BAIC), which owns 35% equity. The Register Funds is USD8.3 million. TBRC is engaged in designing, developing, manufacturing and marketing automotive shock absorbers. TBRC locates at Wutong Road, Tongzhou Industry Development Zone of Tongzhou district in Beijing. The plant occupies an area of 30,774 m2 with construction area of 14,000 m2.
