主要职责： 
1. 依据模具保养计划对模具进行预防性保养； 
2. 落实模具保养情况；
3. 配合模修工程师对模具提出改进或者维修建议； 
4. 对有问题模具进行维修并做好维修记录； 
5. 对模具寿命进行监控，并提出改善性建议；

6. 对新项目的模具配合模修工程师进行试制并提出改进建议； 
7. 对新模具进行验收； 
8. 领导交代的其他工作。

要求：
1. 中专及以上学历，模具、机械类专业；
2. 8年以上注塑模具维修经验，两年以上大型汽车模具工作经验；
3. 掌握模具的基本结构，注塑模具成型工艺，对注塑模具有较深的了解；
4. 具有基本钳工能力或者机床操作能力，较强的动手能力；

5. 工作踏实、认真、有责任心，既往工作中无工伤受伤记录；

6. 有行车操作证者优先。
