Position Summary:
The Senior Ticketing Consultant is accountable for providing comprehensive, effective and accurate ticketing service to our clients and the operation staff. In order to be successful in this role, the applicant will need to establish effective communication in a knowledgeable and professional manner with clients and colleagues. The applicant will also contribute to the maintenance and retention of clients and support to the operation team.
Job Description:
- In charge of domestic & international ticketing, fare construction and quotation;
- In charge of the issuing, refund and change of international air tickets;
- Provide ticketing and fare quotation support to sales manager and key clients.
- Support the operation team by providing the best ticketing fare and market fare.
- Develop and maintain good relations with major airlines.

Qualifications:
- College degree or above, travel Industry knowledge/background.
- At least 2 years experience in domestic & international ticketing, and quotation.

- Responsible, patient and able to handle problems independently.
