MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and manage tendering procedure.

- Review and support tendering project contract, terms and condition.

- Keep good communication and relationship with each platform, such as local government, purchasing & bidding center, KOL, tendering agency, dealer, etc..

- Work closely with marketing, each region, district, TSR, dealer to support regional tendering project.

- Work closely with Reimbursement team to support trusting relationship with provincial pricing & reimbursement related officials.

- Share tendering information and collect feedback within region and headquarter.

- Maintain internal website of tendering model.

JOB QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor degree, preferred medical or related science.

- Knowledge & relevant work experience in tendering in medical industry preferred.

- Collaboration and coordination abilities across functions internally or externally.

- Positive and active attitude.

- Good team player.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)

- Good command in Mandarin and English
