职位描述：
我们动态影像团队需要一个优秀的团队领导者。高级动态影像艺术家负责创作线上线下活动2D/3D的动态图形。您将带领初级和中级艺术家进行创意开发和项目制作。您应该是一个有效的沟通者，为团队提供反馈并帮助他们解决问题，拓展他们的技能。

我们在寻找一位有创意，有激情的领导者，能够跨媒介工作。有游戏资产 和VR，AR领域工作经验的人优先考虑。

工作职能：
® 2D & 3D动画/3D资产(模型／贴图、装配、动画、灯光)
® 抠像与绿屏抠像
® 合成并编辑 经验 (After Effects / Premier Pro)
® 为团队提供反馈，方向，并解决问题
® 研发VR/AR 能力

任职要求：
® 5年以上动态影像或CG通才的经验
® 艺术技巧和创意合成能力强
® 对3Ds Max, Cinema 4D 或Maya技术运用熟练, (3Ds Max优先)精通After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop和Final Cut Pro 或Premiere
® 具有艺术灵活性,能够以不同的风格工作，确保团队整体的美感效果一致
® 团队管理能力，带领团队在预算内准时完成任务
® 可以给出和接受创造性的方向
® 能够在快节奏的环境工作并对变化做出及时反应
® 有模型制造，人物设计，标志设计，故事版优先考虑

Title: Senior Motion Graphics Artist
Department: Creative Services
Status: Full Time

Description:
We are looking for a great team leader for our motion graphics team. The Senior Motion Graphics Artist is responsible for creating 2D/3D motion graphics for event marketing, to be used in both online and offline spaces. You will lead junior and intermediate artists on creative development and project execution. You will be an effective communicator, providing feedback for the team and assisting them solve problems and expand their skill set.

We are looking for someone creative and passionate who is versed in working across multiple mediums. Priority will be given to candidates who have experience working with game assets, VR and AR content.

Job Functions:
- 2D & 3D animation/3D asset (model/texture, rigging, animation, lighting)
- Green Screen Keying / Rotoscoping
- Compositing and editing with After Effects and/or Premier Pro
- Provide feedback, direction, and troubleshooting to team
- R&D for VR and AR capabilities
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- 5+ years’ work experience as Motion Graphics Artist or CG Generalist
- Strong artistic skills and creative compositing ability
- Proficiency in 3Ds Max, Cinema 4D, or Maya (3Ds Max preferred)
- Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and Final Cut Pro or Premiere
- Artistic flexibility, working in different styles and ensuring consistent aesthetics across the team
- Team management, leading the team to deliver work on time and on budget
- Able to give and receive creative direction
- Able to work in fast paced environment and respond quickly to changing requirements
- Experience with mockup, character design, logo design, and storyboarding will be given priority

Additional:
- ZBrush is a plus
- Sound experience is a plus
- Experience with Unity or Unreal engine is a plus
- Experience working with game assets and real-time rendering/shader design a plus

- Experience exporting and stitching 360® video from multiple camera feeds is a plus
