to cope with our rapid expansion of business, we are looking for talented professionals to join our creative team and we currently have an opening for a marketing and BD manager.

You will have the opportunity to work in a creative environment and you should have the ability to generate new solutions and interpretations. You also should have excellent communication and organizational skills, being highly self-directed and able to multi-task. Prioritize multiple initiatives in a deadline-driven environment and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English & Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Marketing area:

1. Develop & implement regional activities & events calendar

2. Develop and manage corporate and client events to facilitate and reinforce market & brand awareness.

3. Create and update collateral, presentations, brochures, case studies, web content, newsletters, and office signage.

4. Maintain and update firm’s branding and visual identity guidelines. ensure consistent adherence to guidelines for all marketing materials and activities.

5. Identify high-profile public speaking opportunities for business leaders to ensure high-level visibility in the local market.

6. Promote and encourage employee communications and internal info-sharing (eg staff e-newsletter, brand training for new hires, news bulletins etc.) to ensure consistency of brand-related initiatives for local offices.

7. Create and maintain relationship with local and international press and attend social activities

8. Build and continuously enhance public relations (including media, weibo, wechat, instagram, linkedin, bloggers, etc)

9. Smoothly manage day to day PR works to increase the efficiency and the effectiveness of the operation

Business Development:

1. Research and identify new business opportunities for the company
2. Identify potential clients and develop business relationship
3. Keep a quarter based business target plan
4. Maintain and expand existing accounts
5. Work closely with design team to hit sales targets and develop strategy to achieve these targets
6. Coordinate with clients concerning standards, conditions and timeline of project
7. Build and maintain excellent relationships with partners and clients

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required ( studying or working abroad experience a plus)
2. previous 3-5 years of working experience in interior design or architecture or art related fields a plus
3. excellent communication and presentation skills in chinese and english
4. excellent organization skills and can work independently
