The scope of work

As a window person in vehicle engineering department to all engineering related Aftersales Quality (ASQ) issues.

Major responsibilities

1. Verify if it is an engineering issue preliminarily before getting issue assignment from ASQ department.

2. Support Technical Service(TS) or ASQ to field technical investigation for complicated ASQ issues

3. Lead x-SMT engineering issues analysis, resolve and validation, do risk evaluation and LLR

4. Manage all engineering related ASQ issues and report the status and progress to VE management on a regular basis.

   
   

   Minor responsibilities

1. Support partners for parts quality issue resolving if necessary

2. Alarm to ASQ for design issues which affect aftersales vehicles

Performance standards

Engineering related ASQ issue verification & management.

Qualifications

Basic Qualification

1. Education: Bachelor or above.

2. Work Experience:

• 8+ year Aftersales Quality work experience in OEM (work experience in pure E-power automotive company is a plus).

• Strong engineering knowledge in all vehicle systems (Chassis, EE, INT&HVAC, Body & Exterior)

• Rich experience on root cause analysis, problem solving.

• Good at on issue management.

3.English(Written & Oral): Fluent in both written & oral.

4.Computer Skills: CATIA, Microsoft toolset (PPT, Excel...)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Teamwork spirit
