Summary

The Interactive Producer is responsible for the smooth delivery and quality of digital projects within the agency. This role requires a vast knowledge of various interactive experiences within the brand experience industry, a wide network of vendors and freelancers, as well as client-facing experience to ensure the success of each delivery.

You will be expected to lead all types of digital projects from mobile H5 apps to complex immersive experiences powered by virtual and augmented reality.

The role will liaise with clients, staff and third-parties in all aspects of projects, from taking initial briefs, through quotation, build and to final delivery, ultimately producing best-in-class work to help us win awards.

Responsibilities

Offer expert advice to account teams and clients on digital execution (i.e. what can and cannot be done), by evaluating requirements and asking the right questions to verify feasibility within the context of the project’s lead time, budget and internal + external resource bandwidth.

· Identifying and building a database of freelancers and vendors for interactive experience production, as well as advise internal management on how to develop internal resources to best meet the production needs of the agency as it grows.
为交互体验产品的开发建立自由职业人和代理商的数据库，并为内部管理层提出如何开发内部资源以便满足代理商对产品的需求。
· Brief and liaise with vendors and partners to optimize production solutions and develop reliable budgets and timelines.

· Commercial responsibility includes scoping projects and providing scopes of work and quotations for projects which then need to be managed accordingly through production.

· Translate requirements into functional specifications for experience and application development.

· Work with Account team and client to consolidate required assets for the production team / external vendors.

· Manage the production timeline and budget over the course of production, flagging key risks in a timely manner and identifying the right solutions to uncovered issues.

· Oversee the quality of production / execution, ensuring it aligns with client expectations and our proposed creative concept. Skills and Experience Required
