What will your role be®
Your main responsibility including:
Based on strong industry knowledge, develop an approach and strategy based on the set of brand applications to identify decision makers and open doors in accounts to grow revenue and exceed objectives in China.
Drives opportunity management (from identification to closure) in line with DS sales process within channels and based on validated customer pains.
Sell DS solutions (Software & Services) to new customers to reach his/her given annual growth revenue target.
Collaborate closely with Industry solution team, BT & VS channel and services to propose solutions that fit customer needs or requirements.
Identify and engage appropriate DS internal resources and external ecosystem resources to deliver value to the customer; leverage external Partners (SI, Consultants) & Influencers at the Account
Boost sales and market share growth for DELMIA Ortems brand in China, directly supporting sales engagements as well as supporting BT & VS channel strategy. Guide and mentor the BT & VS sales teams, industry teams, partners, and create credible pipeline to meet and exceed annual targets.
Build excitement for DELMIA Ortems, both internally and externally, to grow the customer base.
The challenges ahead
You will work with the DS Channel sales sales teams in the GEO, as well as any independantly owned accounts, drive DELMIA Ortems solutions in defined territory accounts. You need to sell on value to C-level and business decision makers, lead the sales process as required as well as support sales teams where required to execute high added value sales engagements from opportunity identification to closure, leveraging the appropriate internal resources.
Your key success factors
? Engineering or other technical Bachelors degree and/or MBA
? 8 years of experience in a manufacturing domain in one of our core industries.
? 3 - 5 years successful sales experience, with a strong manufacturing background.
? Highly motivated and can work independently or with a team
? Skills
Hunter profile : perseverant, resilient
Strong industry acumen in one or more of our key industries
Strong ambition to succeed
Strong communication skills and able to interact at all levels of an organization.
