工作职责：

*Responsible for managing Bank, AR, AP, FA, Tax related daily work, closing, reporting and forecasting.

负责管理银行，应收账款，应付账款，固定资产，税务等相关的日常工作、结账、报告及预算。

*Provide Financial information which reflect business facts, impacts, issues and trends, in Finance metrics format, focusing on forecast and pro-active actions.

提供真实透明，反映业务事实的的财务数据，关注预算及事前控制。

*Strengthen plant internal control. 加强内部控制管理，尽量规避内控风险 。

*Well control SGA, Opex spending, and make sure all expenses transparent.

严格控制管理、销售费用及成本，确保所有费用真实透明。

*Improve Accounting, Forecasting, especially EBITDA and CASH forecasting accuracy to meet management requirement and make sure no big adjustment on audit reports and.

不断提高记账，预算，财务分析及资金预算的即时性及准确性，满足管理层的要求，并确保审计报告没有重大调整。

*Improve plant finance people competency and capabilities on business and operation financial analysis and Reporting/Forecasting/budgeting etc. Build up a qualified and solid finance team.

培训提高财务人员的业务，分析，预算，报告等各方面的能力，建立一个合格、稳定的财务团 队。

任职资格：

Bachelor degree or above

本科及以上学历

Finance accounting or related major

会计或其他财务相关专业

At least 10 years finance working experience in multinational manufacturing environment

至少10年跨国制造业财务工作经验

6 years finance management

6年财务管理经验

Be familiar with Finance Policy both in PRC GAAP and US GAAP,

熟悉中国及美国会计准则；

Must have good communication skills both in English and Chinese,

Good teamwork player,

Have strong responsibility and can work under high pressure,

Tenneco (Beijing) Ride Control Systems Co., Ltd (short for TBRC) established in 1995, is the earliest joint-venture company that Tenneco has invested in China. The joint venture partners are world-known Tenneco Automotive (TA), which owns 65% equity, and Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd. (BAIC), which owns 35% equity. The Register Funds is USD8.3 million. TBRC is engaged in designing, developing, manufacturing and marketing automotive shock absorbers. As a part of Tenneco’s global network, TBRC can fully share Tenneco's global accumulated technical experience and world leading design ideas. Additionally with advanced production equipments and process technology, it fully ensures that TBRC can provide high-quality shock absorbers to any OE customers around the world as per their demands.

TBRC locates at Wutong Road, Tongzhou Industry Development Zone of Tongzhou district in Beijing. The plant occupies an area of 30,774 m2 with construction area of 14,000 m2. Under more than ten years' development, now the company has the annual production capacity of 2.5 million units of shock absorbers. Along with its growth, TBRC has established good cooperation relationships with main OEMs in China, including FAW-VW, SGM, CFMA, DPCA, Beijing Hyundai, JMC, Changhe Suzuki, etc with supplying high-quality shock absorbers for high-level passenger cars such as Audi C6, EII, Parking Avenue, Focus, Mazda 3, Volvo S40, Peugeut307, Transit, Grand Caravan, etc.

In order to better serve the OE customers, TBRC builds its own JIT warehouses in Changchun, Shanghai, Wuhan, Chongqing, and Jing Dezhen, which ensures the fast and convenient logistics service.
