岗位职责：

1、通过邮件回复买家询盘，跟进客户订单，解决客户问题；

2、保持和提高网站平台的好评率和信用度，妥善解决各种争议，最大程度维护公司利益；

3、负责客户管理工作，提高账户好评率和卖家评级分数，保持账号良好的运行状态

职位要求：

1、年龄20-30周岁；

2、大专以上学历，英语四级以上；

3、半年以上ebay客服或其他平台英文客服工作经验优先；

4、具备office软件基础操作能力。
