Job Vacancy

Business Assistant

Job responsibility: a) Assist Business Executive to handle inquiries from clients and contact supplier for quotation. b) assist BE to prepare cost sheet for quotation to clients. c) assist BE to provide response to request/complain from clients/supplier in a timely manner. d) Make sure goods delivered on schedule and all documents prepared before goods transferred to clients. e) Keep clear sales record/documenting and provide support to GM as required.

Job requirement: a) Graduate will be acceptable if qualified. One year or above working experience in Foreign Trade Business will be preferred. b) Experience in oil and gas industry will be preferred. c) Can communicate with English in both written and oral way without difficulty. d) Be able to work in a team to handle business independently.
