Job title: Leadership development consultant
Immediate superior: Leadership Development Manager
Job content (purpose of the job)
Provide leadership development consulting service in organization Stipulated % of total
Key areas of responsibility:
? Lead leadership development projects
? Responsible for leadership & general skills training solutions effectiveness
? Provide training consulting service to appointed departments
? Ensure Training operation effectiveness and support

Main job tasks:
Lead leadership development projects
? Lead leadership development projects based on yearly business needs, including needs analysis, project planning & team set-up.
? Manage project process and ensure project effectiveness
? Cooperate with cross-functional partners or external vendors to design and develop training contents.
Responsible for leadership & general skills training solutions effectiveness
? Collect training requirements and analyze training needs based on business needs and organization development
? Design and develop training solutions based on training needs
? Update and upgrade current leadership & general skills training solutions
? Identify and evaluate outside training resources
? Manage all training programs through eLearning system
? Deliver training programs, and handle related issues
? Responsible for training results evaluation. Evaluate training results by using different approaches, and improves the training effectiveness accordingly
? Improve leadership development roadmap
? Vendor management and cost control
? Manage related training work, including training documents, work process ect.
Provide training consulting service to appointed departments
? Analyze functional training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs
? Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
? Conduct functional training roadmap and make the solutions updated
? Channel the customer feedback for further learning solution development
? Understand the business and align with the competence development activities
Ensure Training operation effectiveness and support
? Ensure BiMBA program effectiveness
? Conduct yearly training plan and update the plan quarterly
? Follow training regulations and manage the programs
? Provide monthly work report

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree education in psychology, business management or related fields, majored in human resources is preferred
? Successful candidate will have over 3 years working experience in training area. Leadership training experience is highly preferable
? Familiar with training needs analysis process, training programs design and development means
? Project management experience
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Thinking and work with strong logic, result driven
? Fluent English in oral & writing
? Excellent PC skills, familiar with Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Education:

? Bachelor degree education in psychology, business management or related fields, majored in human resources is preferred
? Fluent English in oral & writing Professional experience:
