SUMMARY

To coordinate and support the project management activities for CMC and all plants in China

To consult on projects regarding procedure, tools, reporting sustain, improvement and

standardization

To support with regard to project management tools (PRP, Dashboard, Share Point…), project

status tracking, auditing and support external activities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Processes and procedures for project management relative development, standardization,

maintenance and update

The support to Internal & External Audit

The implementation of training for project management relative

Guidelines and tools for project management development, systematization, standardization,

maintenance and improvement

Reporting and analysis of project status

MAIN TASKS

Process and procedures inquiry, documentation, implementation, update

Preparation before internal & external Audit, participation and support during the audit, analysis

& report after it

Training plan drawing for project manager according to relative qualification; training system

creation, annual plan update, training records documentation

Tools for project management creation, documentation in share points, implementation to

project managers and project members through all kinds of ways and suitable methods

Project key information tracking, analysis and general and release report for project to steering

committee and top management

Reporting and tracking of PMO and PM activities, KPIs

All meetings relative organization

Coordination and interface between local and HQ for PMO and PM topics

Lessons learned collection and documentation

Budget planning for projects

Other internal & external activities support, such as house fair, seminar, conference etc.

At the supervisor’s request, the employee must perform tasks that correspond to the type of the

position or become necessary as a result of company operations.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor or above in Automotive, industrial engineering or business administration

Proficient command of the Mandarin, English language in both spoken and written, the second

foreign language is a plus

The knowledge of project management methods, tools, PMP certification is a plus

Relative quality system knowledge esp. for Automotive industry

Excellence application of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project etc.)

At least 2-3 years of working experience, at international company or in Automotive industry will

be a plus

OTHERS

Special authorizations and responsibility (power of procuration, power of attorney, permanent

representation etc.) depends on current situation and management decision, will be documented

if necessary.
