Responsibilities

• Understand and manage the DWA reporting and analytics platform
• Manage the creation of the platform
• Troubleshoot errors with teams to ensure accuracy
• Manage timely rollout and completion of client reports
• Ensure all metrics reported on align with client needs
• Train team on usage and customization
• Manage the reporting and analytics onboarding of clients
• Evangelize web analytics within the organization working across teams and offices to elevate knowledge
• Actively contribute to the sustainability of DWA’s position as a thought leader on data driven marketing and advertising
• Educate and share analytics across all teams in DWA including the media and intent marketing teams up-skilling individuals that actively work in the digital media landscape.
• Collaborate with global counterparts sharing knowledge, current projects and initiatives and demonstrating recent successes that may be replicated.
• On a daily basis oversee reporting and ad operations and communicate with vendors, teams and clients regarding status of outstanding analytics or reporting projects.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a data driven advertising and/or marketing role or in a web analytics role
• Significant experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Web Analytics, or another major web analytics platform
• Certifications: Google Analytics Certified (Adobe certification a plus)
• Possess strong analytical skills and industry presence, coupled with innate curiosity and aptitude
• Experience in data validation
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (Tableau experience a plus)
• Competent in translating stakeholder’s requirements into reporting deliverables.
• Sound knowledge and experience of basic data merging techniques using scripts or tools.
• Good understanding of ETL data processes, preferably hands on.
• Knowledge of SQL, understanding and implementing various aspects of data mapping and relationships.
• Good analytical and quantitative skills.
• Quick to learn, use and implement new tools for reporting.
• Understand, recommend and document the insights from the data in reporting.
• Frequently communicate orally, write, read, comprehend, reason, and perform basic mathematic calculations and analyse.
• Willingness to work supporting stake holders across APAC.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Marketing, Economics, Psychology, or similar field preferred
