职位描述

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Understand Nexenta's product strengths, functionality, positioning, competition and apply that understanding to a prospect's specific business needs and pain points
? Understand our product and service offerings
? Engage resources and people within Nexenta to ensure successful relationships with Channel Partners and end users
? Provide renewal and upgrade quotes for end users
? Proactively contact end users to establish satisfaction with the product and compliance throughout the course of the license following agreed retention process
? Regularly set up and attend onsite customer meetings to insure continued satisfaction with product/service delivery and identify additional sales opportunities.
? Consistently achieve, as a minimum, sales targets
? Develop and maintain internal relationship with key supporting functions within Nexenta
? Leadership of cross functional teams as required.
? Effectively manage all customer interactions
? Work with medium-large corp accounts to maximize renewal rates and seek upgrade opportunities through cross and up selling
? Contact potential customers and up sell opportunities from contacts/customers identified as a result of partner relationships
? Research assigned territories for target accounts and senior contacts
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of previous software industry sales experience. Personal attributes including: positive outlook, self-motivated, good attention to detail, and strong follow through on assigned tasks.
Skills:
? Enthusiasm, discipline and good communication skills are the most essential requirements
? Three to five years successful experience in an outbound sales environment is desired
? Great verbal and written communication skills
? Attention to detail and follow-up skills, including consistent use of our CRM to record and track activity
? Experience calling on senior executives at all sizes of organizations
? Ability to organize and prioritize work independently
? Ability to research and think creatively to uncover new account leads
? Solid computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
