Mission:

Ensure proper programming, management and availability of production materials required by the plant, optimizing available resources and maintaining the required levels of inventory stocks.

Responsibilities:

Good communication and relationship between Metalsa and Customer to insure 100% OTD.

Sale order/schedule and EDI management, Create production planning in both QAD and excel sheet to control Finish goods stock in a correct level.

Purchasing schedule/order managements, issue purchasing schedule/order to suppliers timely ( include local supplier and oversea supplier) to make sure 100% OTD to Metalsa (include the stock control) and avoid metalsa line stop.

internal corporation with Metalsa operation team.

Reconcilition of parts shipping and receiving for both customer and supplier side and make the payment application to supplier.

Deal with import and export issues.

Coordinate (to Lead Meetings) with specialty team for troubleshooting, project implementation and engineering changes.

Comply with Environmental, Quality systems and Security guidelines that apply in the area.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in: Industrial-Systems Engineering, Mechanical-Administration Engineering.

Experience in production, traffic and inventory control planning.

Experience in the Automotive Industry.
