For our Building Technologies Division in BEIJING,we are looking for a (BSCE) Sr. Process Engineer

高级工艺工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

1. To design, maintain and optimize the product manufacturing process（Including process equipment/fixtures), establish and continuously optimize the process documents (P_FMEA, Process Flow Chart, WI, CTP/CTQ, CP, BOM, Standard Work).

设计、维护和不断优化产品制造工艺，制定并维护相关工艺文件。

2. To Recognize and eliminate the manufacturing risks by implementing FMEA/DFM/Poka-Yoke, make and track the preventive actions.

通过FMEA等相关工具识别制程中的质量安全等风险，制定并跟踪相应的预防措施。

3. To track and monitor the production status by using SPC methodology, solve the production problem timely and systematically.

使用SPC等方法跟踪监控生产状况，及时系统地解决生产过程中出现的各种问题。

4. Timely and quickly handle the process changes with systematic methodology（from production or from R&D).

及时快速处理来自生产或者研发的各种工艺变更。

5. By implementing SPS in production and studying the process (sequence, steps and routing…), to optimize the manufacturing process and eliminate the wastes to improve the production quality and efficiency, to standardize the production process by studying process steps/routing time...

通过实施精益生产，研究工艺过程参数，不断改进生产工艺，将生产过程不断标准化，减少生产浪费，提高生产效率和产品质量。

6. Product component qualification and improvement with team.

配合其它部门完成产品元件的认证和改进。

7. EHS issues (PE related) handling.

PE 相关的环境健康安全问题的跟踪处理。

8. To train production team。

培训生产团队。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-Bachelor degree or above in electronics or automation. 本科以上学历，机械电子或自动化等相关专业。

-At least 3 years experience in PE or IE. 3年以上工艺或者IE的工作经验。

-Good Lean experience. 较好的精益生产知识。

-Familiar with 7 quality tools, P_FMEA. 熟悉质量控制方法，以及P-FMEA。

-Good at office software. 熟练应用办公软件。

-Fluent written and oral English 英语流利。
