Main tasks

Customer Contact

· Definition of customer needs (specifications)

· Organizing reviewing and verifications

· Ensuring on-time design and resources

· Ensuring on-time deliveries with production

· Keeping customer up-to-dated of proto deliveries and project status

· Main customer contact in daily project related issues concerning domestic and/or international projects

· Planning of customer projects

· Participates and organizes customer meetings

· Responsibility of project related issues and tasks

· Ensuring co-operation with internal counterparts

Finance

· Participates and coordinates the quotation work of projects.

· Ensuring invoicing

· Responsibility of pricing special features and extra design

Development

· Cost reduction issues and ideas

· Responsibility to organize the corrective actions on the deviations observed in the products and processes and delivering the corrective actions

· Responsibility of reporting development results and corrective / improvement actions

· Participate to the development of R&D department functions and processes

Other tasks

Manufacturing support

· Technical product support for manufacturing and supporting functions (for example documentation and process development)

· Participates to development and maintenance of design co-operation network

Requirment

Education:

· Suitable technical education (BSc, MSc or equivalent)

Work experience:

· Some years of design or project experience

Special know how:

· Ability to approach problems and solve them in an analytical matter

· Ability to take initiative

· Excellent ability to adapt fast project schedules and rapidly changing business environment

· Good team work skills

· Excellent project management skills

· Excellent co-operation, flexibility and negotiation skills

· Good knowledge of design methods and design tools

· Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and methods

Language skills:

· Fluent written and spoken English
