Secretary/PA – MediaCom, Beijing

Overview of the job

We are looking for a secretary/PA, with 0-3 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for supporting our BJ office head for calendar management, daily administrative support, business support if to you have interest to develop in business area.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to MediaCom Beijing Office Head.

Responsibilities of the role:

? Assist for routine schedule management including coordination and reminding of planned schedule.

? Submit requisitions, reports and documents for office head approval after preliminary check as per company rules.

? Support office head to handle internal/external affairs and contact.

? Convey office head’s instructions and other information to related departments, follow up and pay close attention to result feedback within deadline.

? Draft documents or presentations as per office head’s demand.

? Organize and attend management conferences, meantime issue meeting minutes.

? Contact Admin desk for Air-tickets booking for management team members and others required.

? Facilitate some daily jobs related to admin.

What you will need:

? 0-3 years of assistant or secretary relevant work experience

? Diploma or above degree

? Fluent in both English and Chinese

? Attention to detail, careful, patient.

? Interpersonal, organization & time management skills

? Literacy in all relevant software programs (e.g. MS Office)
