岗位职责：
Position Responsibility
1、协助外教完成教学工作。
Assisting teachers achieve teaching goals.
2、协助学生理解课堂内容，培养学生的时间管理能力和有效的学习方法。
Helping students understand courses content; cultivating students‘ time management ability and efficient studying method.
3、负责保持学校与家长的联系。
Be able to maintain relationship between school and students’ parents.
4、活动策划与执行工作。
Planning and implementing students’ activities.
5、根据学生的自身情况制定教学计划以及学业规划。
Designing individual study and develop plan based on students’ situation for each student.
任职要求：
Job Qualification
1）、本科以上学历，精通英语，熟练与外教交流，研究生学历优先。
Minimum bachelor degree required, master degree is preferred; proficient in English; be able to fluently communicate with foreign teachers.
2）、有美国、加拿大、英国留学经历优先。
U.S, Canada, or Britain overseas studying experience is preferred.
3）、有较强的教学、测试、研究和辅导能力，热爱教育、培训事业。
Strong skills in teaching, testing, researching, or tutoring; enthusiasm in education and training.
4）、有责任心，较强的亲和力与沟通能力。
Strong sense of responsibility; easy-going and approachable; strong skills of communication.
5）、理工科 （精通物理、数学、化学、生物、美国历史等学科知识），熟练用英语辅导学生，有托福、SAT、AP培训经历者优先。
Math and science major students (physics, mathematics, chemistry, biology, or American history, etc.), who is able to tutor students in English; candidate with TOEFL, SAT, AP training experiences is preferred.
6）、可以住校（工作日期间学校提供食宿）。
Be able to board at school (Accommodation and meals are provided).
