Business Planning

· Support Merchandising Director in developing business plan / strategies

· Responsible for OTB planning, assortment planning & forecasting for Pandora China retail business

· Align with Global/Pandora APAC and Management‘s business / product directions and identify key growth drivers

Product Planning

· Conduct Competitive Analysis, Trend Forecast, Pricing Review, Consumer Insights to influence the global product creation and assortment

· Create and communicate pricing strategies that align with brand positioning, consumer demands, and gross margin requirements.

Merchandising Planning

Develop and fine tune a right assortment profile on a seasonal basis for new product

· buying, replenishment, and new store opening purpose

· Conduct buying, replenishment, and store opening orders

· Responsible for stock allocation & demand planning; maintain optimal stock / SKUs holding at market / store level

System, Reports, and Process

· Produce various reports and presentations on sell through, best/worst seller, stock level…etc.

· Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory level, orders & shipment status, make call outs & actions plans

Cross Functions / Markets

· Maintain and demonstrate expert knowledge of customer.

· Keep abreast of the latest market trend, partner with cross function teams to ensure creation and execution of integrated seasonal plans

· Ensure business and product plan integration with sales & marketing initiatives

· Represent Merchandising Team as Key Team Member / Contact Point and support other functions as Merchandising Expert

Qualifications & Experience:

· University degree holder in merchandising, business, fashion or related disciplines

· At least 5 years of relevant experience in merchandising management

· Good team management skill

· Sound business acumen, detailed mind with very strong analytical skills

· Advanced excel skills and proficiency in MS Office

· Strong negotiation, organization and influential skills

· Excellent command in English & Chinese

· Organized, self-starter and able to multi-task & work under pressure

Proactive team player with strong communication skills
