间接物料采购经理MRO Sourcing Manager-外企优先

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Indirect/MRO (machine parts, electronics, tools, consumable materials, service, etc.) and supplier management for the company;

2. To set up supplier base, select and optimize the best service suppliers at best purchasing conditions;

3. Implement supplier performance management in term of quality, delivery, cost, service. Develop and continuously improve the supply base;

4. To cooperate with plant production and engineering team to search for qualified suppliers in spare parts purchasing and other fixed assets purchasing;

5. To make contract review/negotiate with existing/new suppliers and obtain best terms (quality, price, quantity, delivery) to meet current and future requirement;

6. Be able to understand the suppliers’cost model and breakdown for cost reduction.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related fields;

2. 5 years of relevant experiences in MRO/Indirect category;

3. Working knowledge of assigned spend category and related supply base;

4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including group presentation skills;

5. Goods insight into contract and legal issues;

6. High tolerance for ambiguity and time pressures;

7. Effective communication and engagement skills across all functional levels;

8. Familiar with textiles manufacturing processes and key characteristics;

9. Solid skills in Microsoft office tools and understand SAP system is advantage.
