For our Building Technologies Division in BEIJING,we are looking for a (BSCE) Business Administration Department Manager

What are my responsibilities?

1. Analyze monthly financial performance, provide concrete output and advise to OPS and BSCE management

对财务报告进行详细分析，为管理决策提供合理建议;

2. Define and evaluate Operation KPIs target and lead systematic performance review

定义运营系统的KPI指标，负责系统报告

3. Supervise operation budget process, budget control, high quality on Q forecast, detail deviation analysis between budget and actual

制定运营系统的预算流程，控制，提供高质量的预测数据，并对预算差异进行跟踪分析;

4. Supervise Manufacturing cost and productivity planning and controlling to enhance business competence

成本控制以及productivity的提高，使其成本更有竞争力;

5. Be responsible for internal sales frame contract /agreement, be responsible for commercial check on pricing and costing of manufactured products

负责公司内部销售框架协议的审核， 负责公司生产的产品定价和标准成本设定的审核;

6. Define and smooth operation commercial procedure, make it more effective and controllable.

制定运营系统的相关商务流程，使其更加有效和可控;

7. Set SMART target for team members, lead and motivate team members to reach target. People competency improvement.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. 5+ yrs working experience in Accounting or Controlling function.

5年以上财务或内控部工作经验

2. 2+ yrs working experiences in Manufacturing enterprises.

2年以上制造型企业工作经验

3. 3+ yrs working with management experience or project management experience.

3年以上管理经验或项目管理经验

4. Strong analytical ability.

丰富的分析能力

5. Experience on company performance control and business management.

有公司绩效考核管理经验

6. Working in surrounding of multi-culture.

跨国公司工作经验

Others:

1. Profound knowledge and practice on Management accounting， i.e. CMA

丰富的管理会计知识

2. Be skill in Excel, PowerPoint etc.

精通Excel、PPT等办公软件

3. Strong attention on business risk management and excellent communication skills.

优秀的管理和交际能力

4. Bachelor degree or above majored in accounting or economic.

财务学士或经济学士及以上学历

5. Prefer to be expert at SAP PP/CO 熟悉SAP PP/CO模块

Fluent English.
