Responsibilities
§ Drive the team to get the target of production (quality, discipline, morale, output, EHS, 5S, on time delivery, productivity, WIP, cycle time etc.)
§ Build up good teamwork to increase working moral and efficiency (coordination, communication, assignment implementation etc.)
§ Train and coach group leaders to improve their ability and performance
§ Do analysis and evaluation of production performance and make reasonable plan to improve it
§ Interact with Equipment function on equipment capacity improvement, jigs/fixture improvement
§ Coordinate with related departments for problem solving and continue improvement
Requirements：
Essential
§ Bachelor or above degree, major in electric or semiconductor related is preferred
§ English communicate capability
§ At least 3 years working experience in production management
Desirable
§ IE knowledge and skills of management and control
§ Cooperation and communication skills
§ Training and coaching skills
§ Method of analysis, evaluation and planning
§ TPM knowledge
§ Good forecast and planning understanding
§ CI related tools, like 6 sigma, Lean, KAIZEN, 5S etc.
