1.Proactively manage all hard services (electrical, HVAC, drainage system, etc.) ？

2. Conduct preventive maintenance plan to maintain office infrastructure in good conditions

3. Plan and manage facility central services such as security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, shuttle bus and parking

4. Lead office projects, like new set up, expansion, relocation, modifications

5. Support evaluation and selection of outsourced vendor, service provider, and ensure delivery schedules, quantity and quality criteria are met

6. Negotiate contracts to optimize delivery and cost saving

7. Ensure interface/liaison to services/contractors; claim management

8. Ensure total adherence to local statutory regulations and local laws.

9. Documents support (e.g layout, permits and contracts)

10. Implement EHS in office and sustainability in project management

11. Communication with internal and/or external Customers, Suppliers as well as Third Parties

Requirements:

1. 10+ years in Facility Management and Project Management, similar working background in MNC HQ offices, or professional building property Management Company (hard service)

2. Good command of both oral & written English

3. Integrated Facility Management skills

4. Strong leadership and organizational skills.

5. Vendor management/performance measurement skills

6. Deep knowledge about operations, design, construction and project management

7. Ability to communicate and collaborate well at all levels

8. Self-starter, highly motivated to succeed and provide best-in-class FM services, Strong problem-solving and negotiations skills

9. MS Office competency e.g. Spreadsheet, Word, Presentation

10.Experience of sharing office EHS responsibilities would be plus
