设计助理

*直接对部门经理和资深设计负责，职能兼并技术岗和管理岗，对综合素质要求较高，投递简历时请留意。

工作内容：

产品的图片拍摄和美化；

辅助设计部经理及资深设计收集，汇总设计项目资料；

配合项目内容进行概念设计，PPT平面模板，VI设计，包装设计；

根据项目方向进行提案；

独立完成平面设计内容。

任职要求：

流畅使用Photoshop和Illustrator,了解In design；

有一定的手绘功底，1年以上的设计经验（线下产品的相关设计经验，非UI）；

具有优秀的领悟力和分析能力，能保证工作质量和精度；

具备良好的团队合作意识，善于与人沟通，有自我审视能力，能够承压；

英文最低要求：全国英语等级3（PETS-3）或大学英语等级2（CET-2）（英文等级不需要提供证明；我们将在面试和试用期期间进行综合评估）。

满足以下条件中一项或多项，优先考虑：

专业：平面设计，艺术，美术等专业其中一种；

经验：有3年平面设计或设计总监助理经验，随同有设计作品；

软件：Photoshop, Illustrator, In design三种软件的使用至少达到熟悉程度，建议达到熟练程度；

语言：英文CET-4以上，或者除中文外有一种其他语种辅助（如日，德，法，西班牙等）。

SENIOR DESIGNER ASSISTANT

*Taking responsibility toward the Department Manager and our Senior Designers directly.

*The function combines technical and management tasks.

*Be aware that there are comprehensive requirements for this position.

Scope:

Photo takings and product modifications;

Assist manager and senior designer dealing with information collection and clarify detail for tasks;

Assist conceptual design, PPT plane template, VI design, packaging design;

Finish the proposal individually according to the scope of the project;

Complete graphic designs independently.

Basic requirements:

Good at Photoshop AND Illustrator, get a touch of In-Design for laying out;

Having certain hand- drawing skill within more than 1 year of design experience (design for actual goods and items instead of UI);

Having excellent analysis ability, and your precision of work can be guaranteed;

Good sense of teamwork, communication skills, and self-examination;

Minimum requirement for English: Public English level 3 (PETS-3) OR College English level 2 (CET-2)[English skill will be evaluated during our interview and probationary period, we don't force any proves for this during meeting].

Priorities for following conditions:

Major: graphic design, art, painting OR other specialties;

Experience: 3-years experiences in graphic design OR assisting design work for senior designers (with achievements);

Software: Skilled Photoshop, Illustrator, AND In-design (we count 3 of them as one category for priority, skilled for one of them will NOT be counted);

Language: CET-4 and above, OR other languages beside mandarin (such as Japanese, German, French, Spanish, etc.)

Note:

A written OR electronic resume should be well prepared before the interview. Penalty might be considered for failing to do so.
