Summary:
The Assembly Unit Manager is responsible for organization and follow up, tracking of orders with respect of the quality specifications. Participate to the introduction of new products.
Responsible for the technical and process reference for the unit.
In charge of continuous improvement and respect of Lean manufacturing rules and KPIs.
Responsible for the manufacturing JIT, purchasing Kanbans accuracy and blanket order calls to ensure a continuous flow.

Responsibility:
1.Management:
Shop management, Provide leadership in the attainment of goals with respect to safety, quality, cost, production and compliance;
Operations, flow, organization, respect of rules, tidiness, cleanliness, 5S...;
Implement the production plan on the basis of production target, quality and lead time, arrange and control production schedule.
2.Engineering support:
Daily routine work like employee training, performance appraisal and so on;
Handling safety and health issues
3.Improvement assessments:
New products;
Continuous improvement
4.Others:
KPIs update;
Other assigned functions and reporting


Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree of Mechnical&Electrical engineering
? Strong experience in process and managemet
? 5-10 Years' in a similar position in precision mechanic assembly and must have strong Mechanical and Electronic Knowledge
? Strong leadership and managerial skills to direct
? Strong sense of responsibility ,Customer oriented
? Knowledge of ERP system is preferred and PC skills proficiency
