职责描述：
1，项目前期沟通需求，并根据项目需求计算本部门的报价
2，根据客户需求制定清晰明确的工作指示，并对外勤进行培训
3，跟进项目进度，及时解决外勤的疑问
4，定期对数据进行分析和validation，及时解决客户提出的疑问
5，在规定时间内递交报告，并对项目进行总结

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历,
2. 2年及以上项目管理工作经验优先；
3. 善于学习，能够快速适应环境，能承担较大的压力；
4. 良好的人际交往能力及团队协作精神；
5. 良好的时间控制能力，对待工作真诚，努力；

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Communicate with other team members about the clients' requirements in the early stage of the project and calculate the cost of the department according to the project requirements.
2. Making clear working instructions according to customer requirements and training the field work.
3. Follow up the project progress and solve the problem from field work.
4. Regularly do data analyze and validation and solve the clients' challenge timely.
5. Submit the report within the specified time and do summary about the project.

Qualifications
1. BA / BS Required
2. 2+ years or above years’ working experience
3. Quick learner, and adapting to new environment, willing to work under pressure
4. Good interpersonal skills and a team player
5. Good time management skills with hardworking spirit
