1·Define and Manage the product & system development plan to consolidate the product position and attract higher returns.

2·Define and manage the proper product mix strategy and pricing strategy to achieve economical goals of the company.

3·Market intelligence gathering through market/onsite visit and sales force interaction to understand the needs and monitor the quality.

4·Development of selling tools to enhance specification abilities of sales.

5·Implementation of relevant training programs for sales teams to launch new systems / product improvements.

6·Develop database of competitive offers (products and systems) to allow for relevant product position analysis.

7·Liaison with group marketing team to deliver proper product / system solution for local market development.

8·Plan and implement product promotional strategy to support sales team and to launch new offers.

9·Active participation with industry and government committee meeting to understand new specification requirements and new regulation to ensure product portfolio relevance to the market.

10·Lead the technician to provide technical proposal for sales.

11·Responsible for customers’ claim handling in related product range.

12·Prepare the communication plan in related activity

13·Prepare yearly marketing budget with the sales managers in related activity

EHS Responsibilities

1·Integrate and update EHS information/subjects into company internal communication support (news letter, communication board, intranet, booklet, posters, video…) just as any other information/subject and diffuse it to the network.

2·Make sure EHS, as a company culture, is integrated into each communication materials (e.g. ppt template, daily communication) and each communication activities (e.g. when holding an exhibition should refuse waste and uses recycle materials as much as possible).

1·University degree or above with construction or related major Tong Ji graduate preferred.

2·3 years working experience with product management background in WOFE or JV in building material industry or relevant. Good computer skill, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Good communication and presentation skill. Fluent oral and written in English.

3·Willing to travel extensively and able to work under pressure, good in communication, synthesis and analytical mind, ability to listen, have desire to discover new things and willing to learn, to anticipate the needs of customers.
