Job Description :岗位描述
1.接收、核对及保管所有相关文件。
2.为送货准备所有跟送货相关的文件（复印送货单及订单）。
3.合理分配库存产品数量，减少产品断品
4.每天将送货单提供给市场部。
5.核对，并申请需支付的物流费用。
6.理解、掌握产品批次管理，必须以先进先出原则出货；
7.对销售订单作业、物流发货作业流程熟悉，从而提高工作效率；
8.理解、掌握产品批次管理，配合物流人员以先进先出原则出货；
9.接收销售订单，按照要求做出制作出库单，递交相关部门；
10.物流部门核实产品数量、批次，对临期产品及时发出;
11.整合销售订单，节省运费;
12.跟踪订单，检查订单的承诺交期及送货日期的准确性，确保顾客的商品在正常承诺的交期情况下按时送达;
13.负责向部门长反馈订单异常情况、客户意见、建议，并提出合理化解决方案；
14.完成上级领导安排的其他事宜。

应聘条件：

1. 年龄30岁以下，男女不限(应届毕业生也可)

2. 一年以上的销售订单管理经验有一定财务知识

3. 计算机操作熟练

4. 熟练的MS-Office操作技能

5. 认真仔细，有责任心有耐性, 良好的语言表达及较强的沟通能力

6. 能承受一定的工作压力，能积极配合公司在项目工作时间上的安排
