维修、保养、技术支持灯光以及其他设备，确保设备满足技术标准

性能与故障分析

为客户提供电话和邮件技术支持

记录、监控整个维修流程

配合销售或其他部门的工作

职位需求：

最低2年在电子/自动化行业的工作经验

优秀的英语阅读和口语交流能力

注重细节，具备快速的学习及适应能力

良好的团队合作精神，愿意承担额外的工作

优先考虑有电影或广电行业经验背景的人士

Job description:

Service, maintain and repair lighting, support and other equipments, ensuring equipment is complete and meets operational performance and set-up specifications

Performance and failure analysis according to quality standards

Telephone and email support for end customer

Monitoring of the entire service process

Recording of the activities carried out

Requirement:

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience with electronic/automation industry background

Good command of both spoken and written English skill

Detail orientated and willing to learn

Positive attitude and good at self-learning

Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player. Able and willing to cover work in other areas

Familiar with Film industry will be an advantage
