Brand ambassador job description

Events description

• Customers tasting: wine tasting for VIP customers, in supermarket, restaurant or wine shop

• Staff training: wine knowledge and tasting training for customers employees

• Wine fair: tasting and sales during supermarkets wine fairs (Carrefour, Auchan…); promoters training

• Clients diners

• Other events: store opening, Chinese New Year ceremony…

Events Preparation

• Contact with the client to prepare the event: theme, wines, program, promotions

• Prepare and share the event communication if needed

• Prepare the event PPT presentation and the materials needed

Communication

• Wechat post and article following the event

• Create a Wechat customers network and regularly communicate about our brands and wine knowledge

• Other communication support: videos, live show...

Strategy

• Propose new event ideas or other communication

• Research of interesting wine events from other companies, attendance and propositions in order to improve our services

• Weekly reporting

Profile requirements

• English fluent (better Chinese fluent)

• Working proficiency on Microsoft (PPT, excel, word…)

• Basic wine knowledge

• Educational background: marketing / business related diploma

• Foreigner who Interested in Chinese culture
