职位：内容专员实习生

实习期：4-6个月； 起始时间：2018年2月中下旬； 每周工作时间：至少3天

实习结束后根据工作表现和个人意愿，有机会成为正式员工

主要工作职责：

· 根据期刊规划，负责提升特刊的数量与质量，从而辅助期刊整体发展

· 根据指标要求，对高质量特刊进行项目性管理

· 与编辑、（潜在）客座编辑、作者以及内部合作同事建立并保持良好关系

· 从选题到最终出版环节，为所有的相关人员提供关于所负责特刊的流程指导和及时状态更新

· 为团队绩效和流程改进做出积极贡献

任职要求：

？ 统招本科或硕士在读，理工科专业更具优势

？ 英文书写顺畅，口头沟通流利

？ 对于科研事业和科学传媒有基本了解和热情

？ 曾经使用过Elsevier 的科研数据库

？ 擅长沟通，思路开阔，做事有始有终
